freelydesk is client management software for freelancers. It keeps your projects, clients, tasks, time tracking, invoices, and a client portal in one place, so you can run a job from the first yes to the paid invoice without spreadsheets and email threads.
Who is freelydesk for?
Freelancers and one-person studios who work with a handful of clients at a time: designers, developers, writers, marketers, consultants, and anyone who bills by the project or by the hour.
How much does freelydesk cost?
Solo costs $4.99 a month for up to 3 active projects and 5 clients. Pro costs $7.99 a month for unlimited projects and clients, the client portal, file sharing, saved invoice notes, and company details on invoices. Both start with a 7-day free trial.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Answer a few questions, create your account, and you get 7 days of the plan you picked. We only ask for a card if you choose to pay.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace locks until you choose a paid plan. Your projects, clients, and invoices stay where they are, and client portal links come back when you subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch any time from Billing. Paid plan changes are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the month.
Does freelydesk collect payments for me?
No. You send the invoice and your client pays you the way you normally get paid. You keep all of it, and you mark the invoice paid when the money arrives.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open a private link. It shows progress, invoices, and shared files, and they can raise issues from the same page. Your internal notes stay private.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing, choose Manage subscription, and cancel in Stripe. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
